Who we are
BetterLIFE supports local and regional authorities implementing Local Heating and Cooling Plans. The website is managed by REVOLVE MEDIA for the BetterLIFE project. For privacy questions, contact privacy@revolve.media.

If you subscribe to updates, we process the contact details you submit. If you email the team, we receive your email address and the information included in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in ordinary enquiries.
How we use information
We use subscription details to send BetterLIFE updates, based on your consent. We use correspondence to respond to enquiries and administer project communications, where appropriate based on our legitimate interest in doing so.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and interactions with the website. The analytics tag does not load before you accept. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

Newsletter form and HubSpot
Our newsletter form is provided by HubSpot and loads when you approach the newsletter section. Submitting the form sends your first name, last name, email address and consent to HubSpot for subscription management. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails.
